Dr. Rayshawn Wilson, is currently the Division Manager of Behavioral Health & Addiction Services at Franklin County Public Health, and the CEO of 2911 Collective LLC, a professional development and human service consulting firm.

Dr. Wilson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio, Certified Enneagram Coach, Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and award-winning author of LionHeart: Coming from Where I'm From. With over 20 years of experience in advancing community wellness and mental health through strategic leadership and program development, he has made a lasting impact across social services, public health, and community corrections.

A dynamic facilitator, speaker, and leader, Dr. Wilson specializes in substance abuse, mental health, leadership development, and Trauma-Informed practices - bringing deep insight and authenticity to every conversation.
